I switched over from shaving soap and I'm glad that I did. The lather from this is amazing! Thick and creamy in less than a minute. Of course I purchased a nice super badger brush to go along with this so the combo worked out great. The scent smells good and is light and not overpowering. I like how only a little is needed to create a lot of lather. I'm happy.

don't leave Geo F. Trumper's Coconut Shaving Cream Jar out with kids. it smells better than real toasted coconut. i wish it were edible. so far, i also like limes but don't like rose or gft - i didn't even use the gft, way to smelly

Used to shave twice a day. Now one time does it. Nice alternative smell to sandalwood if you shave everyday.

There are cheaper & ubiquitous shave soaps but they always make my skin breakout from the irritation. Cheap, poor lather does NOT protect you no matter what excellent razor you use. The Geo F Trumper coconut oil shaving cream is very rich and thick. A little dab on the chin can cover a large area and works into a rich lather with a shaving brush. Sometimes I use a small dab as a base plus some shave soap for a richer lather and can shave my face completely twice! The cream delivers superior protection and a very mild, delicious scent. The Trumper soap is A+ as is D.R. Harris versions . . . believe it! You get what you pay for and a rich shave cream helps the day get started with a smooth shave!
